Purchase your dress from an authorized retailer
Damaged / Defective Merchandise
We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves our warehouse. All merchandise that leaves here is brand new. If you feel your merchandise is damaged, we must receive a verbal phone confirmation that you would like to return the "damaged" merchandise and you must have a return authorization from us to accept the merchandise. All returns MUST be returned to us 8 business days after the merchandise was dropped off. If our staff finds the merchandise is defective or damaged, we will contact the manufacturer, and we will repair or replace as necessary by the manufacturer.
If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you. Bonita Bridal will only incur shipping charges on damaged merchandise, but we will not incur such charges, including insurance charges, on merchandise that is found not damaged or misused.
Shipping damages must be noted at the time of delivery with the carrier.
We will not take back any dresses or items damaged while in costumers' possession due to misuse.
Wedding and Quinceañera Gowns
We will accept returns on new un-touched gowns. We do not accept returns on special order plus size gowns, this includes but not limited to sizes 18-30, discontinued or sale items, or dresses from past seasons or collections.
We will accept returns on dresses that are defective or damaged. Because we carefully inspection each gown before we ship it, you will need a return authorization number. This means, that we must receive a verbal phone confirmation that you would like to return the gown and we would give you a return authorization number. All claims have to be filed within 2 days of when the shipment was dropped off from the carrier. All gown returns must be returned to us 8 business days after the merchandise was dropped off.
All merchandise must be return in perfect brand new condition. Merchandise that is not returned in the condition it was sent will not be returnable and you will be obligated to the full purchase price.
All returned gowns will have a 50% restocking fee applied from the full retailed price of the gown. No manufacturer will take any gowns back from Bonita Bridal so therefore we must have a 50% restocking fee.
Shipping fees and insurance fees are not refundable, and you will be responsible for shipping and insurance fees to return the merchandise. Any Free promotional items are not returnable and will be charged full price. This amount will be deducted from the gown refund.
Any refused or non-deliverable merchandise will also incur a 50% restocking fee.
Shoes are not exchangeable. We will accept returns on new un-touched non-dyed shoes. There is a 50% restocking fee that will be applied to all shoe returns. All shoe returns must be within 3 days of when the shipments was dropped off from the carrier. We must receive a verbal phone confirmation that you would like to return the shoes and you must have a return authorization from us to accept the merchandise. All shoe returns must be returned to us 8 business days after the merchandise was dropped off. Shoes must not be worn or dyed. In addition, Shipping fees and insurance fees are not refundable, and you will be responsible for shipping and insurance fees to return the merchandise
We do not accept returns or exchanges on accessories such as: veils, petticoats, gloves, tiaras, headpieces, undergarments, earrings, necklaces, or personalized items such as invitations. Also on Bridesmaid dresses, Flower girl Dresses, Prom Dresses, Mothers dresses, Boys Formal Wear.
All gown orders canceled after 3 days of the initial purchase will lose 50% of the merchandise purchase price. Bridal or Quinceañera orders cancelled within three days may be subject to a cancellation fee. Bonita Bridal reserves the right to cancel, refund, or refuse any order.
All cancelled orders must be verbally done over the phone and followed up with a written request.
All other charges are not refundable including Shipping, Insurance, and any transaction fees. Rush orders or quick ship orders, cannot be cancelled or changed. We appreciate your business and we will do everything we can to work with you on cancelled orders. In most situations it is up to the manufacturer.

Refunds or credits are issued in U.S. Dollars. We are not responsible for the current currency exchange rate.
